What the law requires, and what we provide
These five elements determine whether a centre can register as a corporate service provider with the FPS Economy. Most websites promise them. We write them into article 2 of the contract.

The single day requires no subscription and no set-up fee. It is the only way into the building that is paid per use, and it exists so that you can see the place before signing anything.

Level 2 · The four rooms
Table, screen, whiteboard, water, coffee and tea, and someone at reception to welcome your guests.

2 Second floor · The rooms
Offices are numbered in Arabic numerals, rooms in Roman ones. They are never confused on the phone, and that is the whole point.

Level 3 · The private offices
A closed office for one person, or a floor of a thousand square metres. You change size without changing address, and without a new lease.

3 Upper floors · The private offices
Nearly 4 000 m² in the building, enough for one person alone as much as a team of a hundred, and enough to expand on the spot the day you hire. Move the slider : the plan redraws to scale, each square is one metre, the desks are 1,60 × 0,80 m and the door 90 cm.
Workstations calculated at 10 m² per person, which is the density of a comfortable closed office and not the legal minimum. Dimensions given for a rectangle of ordinary proportions : the actual shape depends on the building grid. The price per m² is degressive, from 50 € for 10 m² down to 20 € for 1 000 m², and is exclusive of VAT, charges and services included.
Level -1 · The vehicles
Weekday spaces and closed boxes by the year. Badge or remote control, direct access to the hall by lift.

The car park follows the same rule as the rest of the building: paid in advance, by the quarter at least, and ended with one month's notice.

€ Terms · The same rule for everyone
You are committed only for the period you have paid. The quarter is the minimum. Pay further in advance, pay less, and put down a smaller deposit.
Not one line, in any of the six contracts. If you leave during a paid period, we recalculate the elapsed months at the full rate and return the balance. You lose the discount, never a euro more.
Before the end of the current period, identical for you and for us. At maturity the contract runs on by the quarter, never for twelve months unless you have asked for it again.
One indexation a year, capped at the health index. Any other increase is announced two months ahead and opens a way out at no cost.
One month's deposit : you pay quarterly by direct debit. Amounts exclusive of VAT.
